1. What age group are your books perfect for?
All the books were created for ages 4-8, however they have been enjoyed by slightly old and younger children.
2. How do I track my order?
You should have receive a tracking email once the product has been shipped. 2.
3. What is the average shipping time?
If you chose media mail shipping can be anywhere from 3-15 days.
4. What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@dianealber.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please include your name, email, phone number, and original order number with your return. We also suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your return for reference.
A full refund of the purchase price will be issued as a store credit which can be used for any of the items in our store. Your credit will be issued the Monday following our receipt of the returned items.
5. Do you accept purchase orders from schools?
Yes we do. If your order is above $500 please send an email to info@dianealber.com with the subject title "School Purchase Order" and we will send instructions on how to proceed.
6. Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes we do. If your order is 50+ books please send an email to info@dianealber.com with the subject link "Bulk Order" and the details of what you would like to purchase.
7. Do you wholesale to brick and mortar stores?
Yes we do. Please send an email to info@dianealber.com with the subject link: "Wholesaler Bookstore" and the details of what you would like purchase.
