We got the sets for my 7y/o daughter. She struggles a little more with emotional regulation and meltdowns due to her ADHD. These books are a great and fun way of learning how to recognize and deal with our different feelings. One thing we do is hide the feeling buddies around the house and make a game of finding them. Once she locates one we take turns talking about a time when we felt that emotion. She really enjoys them💗
